The Kentucky Association for College Admission Counseling's Annual Conference and Guiding the Way to Impact (GWI) will be held in Lexington, KY at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown. The Kentucky Association of College Admission Counseling is now accepting proposals for educational sessions for the 2026 Annual Conference from March 4-6 in Lexington, KY (sessions offered on March 5 and 6). Proposals should be submitted by January 16, 2026.

We highly encourage topics that are salient to the current landscape of secondary and post-secondary education. Preference will be given to sessions proposed by KYACAC members. Our committee will send notifications to form submitters by January 30. Topics may include but are not limited to:

  • Access
  • Data informed decision making
  • Professional and personal development
  • College-going demographic shifts
  • Direct admissions
  • Planning visits & events
  • Best Practices
  • Financial Aid
  • Partnerships & Collaboration
  • Dual Credit
  • Career & Technical Education

Please encourage your high school seniors to apply for our annual college scholarship award. One $1,000 award will be given for each of the four regions of Kentucky (Northern, Central, Eastern, Western).


Deadline: January 23, 2026

Notifications: February 16, 2026

NOTE: Preference will be given to students from KYACAC member high schools.
