College Fairs

The College Fairs Committee assists in coordinating KYACAC College Fairs and provides leadership in coordinating NACAC-sponsored college fairs in the state of Kentucky.

Committee responsibilities include:

• Helps site coordinators ensure each fair meets the needs of all attendees (students, parents, and college representatives).
• Reviews and approves college fair proposals.
• Coordinate the Fall and Spring College Fair Calendars for the state of Kentucky.
• Create KYACAC branded documents to be used by all KYACAC College Fairs.
• Collect KYACAC fair evaluations for improvements to events each year.
• Works with the GoToCollegeFairs organization to promote the scanner lead system and new FairPlanner Software.

The committee also works with the Admission Practices Committee to ensure that all fairs and participants abide by the KYACAC College Fair Guidelines.
