College Counseling Information Exchange (CCIE) 2018
Welcome to CCIE! You must complete a membership application or renewal application prior to registration, otherwise you will need to register as a non-member.
Please have CCIE registrations submitted by Friday, August 24. Late registrations may be assessed a late registration fee.
Although registrations may be completed online, we are willing and able to receive mailed checks as payment prior to the event. Please also keep in mind that your KYACAC membership application or renewal and fee do not automatically register you for CCIE. You must also register and submit payment for CCIE.
Drop off information for your materials will be available shortly.
High School counselors: You will be able to take a collection of college materials with you from CCIE thanks to our sponsor, UPS. Materials pick-up will occur at the conclusion of CCIE.
Cost: $40 for High School Counselors (members)
$45 for College Admissions Professionals (members).
$50 for High School Counselors
$55 for College Admissions Professionals.
After August 24, 2018:
$50 for High School Counselors (members)
$55 for College Admissions Professionals (members).
$60 for High School Counselors
$65 for College Admissions Professionals.
Note: We will not be able to adjust registration fees for registrants whose membership status may change between the time of initial registration and CCIE.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation deadline for CCIE is August 24, 2018. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, refunds will not be issued. Refunds will be issued before the cancellation deadline, but will be subjected to a $10 cancellation fee.
Please also note if you registered to attend or attended a KYACAC event, but there are still unpaid fees from past events, your CCIE registration will not be processed until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
