College Counseling Information Exchange (CCIE) 2023
Welcome to CCIE! This year, CCIE will be held at the University of Louisville. You must complete a membership application or renewal application prior to registration, otherwise you will need to register as a non-member.
Please also keep in mind that your KYACAC membership application or renewal and fee do not automatically register you for CCIE. You must also register and submit payment for CCIE.
Cost (registration fee increased on September 1st)
$40 for Members
$60 for Non-Members
Note: We will not be able to adjust registration fees for registrants whose membership status may change between the time of initial registration and CCIE.
All cancellations between August 29th and September 4th will incur a $10 processing fee. No cancellations will be refunded after September 4th.

Please also note if you registered to attend or attended a KYACAC event, but there are still unpaid fees from past events, your CCIE registration will not be processed until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
