Committee Chairs are appointed by the President and approved by the Executive Board, with the exception of the By-laws and Nominating chairpersons, which shall be chaired either by the Immediate Past President or appointed by the President. Additional and/or ad hoc committees may be named by the Executive Board as needs require.
