KYACAC Fall 2026 College Fair Calendar

The KYACAC Fall 2026 College Fair Calendar is now live in the Member Portal. Click "Member Log In" in the website navigation menu to access. Once logged in, click the "College Fair Calendar" tab.

Registration for Regional fairs is $50. You will register via your Strivescan account. Simply click the registration links provided in the member portal and you will be redirected to Strivescan. Each regional registration includes a complimentary StriveScan credit for the fair. Non-regional fairs are free and registration links are included within each event. Each institution will need to purchase a StriveScan credit for the fair to scan during the event. 

KYACAC and StriveScan

We will continue our partnership with StriveScan for the 2026-2027 academic year. Strivescan eliminates the need for students to fill out interest cards with colleges/universities. Students simply scan a barcode to share directory information with the colleges they choose, allowing more time for interactions, meaningful conversations, and legible info received by colleges. Strivescan is provided at no cost to College Fair Hosts and students. To see how it works, watch this video. In order create an efficient and seamless experience for our students and other college fair attendees, all KYACAC members are expected to utilize Strivescan technology at KYACAC events.
