KYACAC Sponsored College Fairs
If you would like to hold a KYACAC-sponsored college fair listed on the KYACAC calendar, you must complete a College Fair Proposal Form during a proposal window. Please only submit one form per institution per season (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027). For access to the college fair calendar, you must be a member of KYACAC. If you have questions about KYACAC sponsored college fair events please contact the College Fair Committee Chairs at fairs@kyacac.org
The Spring 2026 College Fair Calendar has concluded.
To submit a fair for Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027, please use this link. The deadline for submission is May 1, 2026. The College Fair Committee will be in touch after May 1 to confirm your date and time.
NACAC Fall 2026 College Fair
This year NACAC will sponsor a college fair hosted in Louisville, KY as a way for students to have access to hundreds of colleges all in one place. We highly encourage your institution and students to participate in this event.
Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2026
Location: Kentucky International Convention Center (Louisville, KY)
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm
