Governance & Nominations

The Governance and Nominations Committee monitors established procedures for nominations and elections of officers of KYACAC, solicits names of candidates, and holds the election. This committee also monitors the KYACAC operations and procedures manual.

Committee responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and reviewing candidates for elected KYACAC positions

• Soliciting nominations and selecting winners of KYACAC awards

• Organizing the annual KYACAC elections

• Monitoring regularly the KYACAC operations and procedures manual
